北京市中学生伤害相关行为流行状况

目的 了解北京市中学生伤害相关行为流行状况，为制定中学生伤害的防制措施提供依据。方法 对北京市11所中学初一-高二年级学生4006名进行匿名自填问卷调查。结果 分别有10．5％，7．4％和16．7％的中学生有骑车违章、到非正规游泳场所游泳和校内打架行为，男生和普通初中生报告率较高。17．4％的中学生有自杀意念，女生、重点初中生和重组／单亲家庭报告率较高。结论 不同社会特征中学生伤害相关行为发生特点不同，应早期开展生活技能教育和自我教育。

The Prevalence of Injuries Related Behaviors Among Middle School Students in Beijing

Objective To know the prevalence of risk behaviors contributing to the injuries among middle school students in Beijing, and to provide basis for prevention measures. Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 4 006 students in grade 7-11, who were selected from 11middle schools in Beijing. Results About 10.5% of the students often violated traffic regulations, 7.4% had been to informal swimming pools and 16.7% had physical fight. Higher prevalence were found in males and average junior middle school students. About 17.4% of the students had suicidal ideas, especially females, the students from superior middle school and single-parent or reformed families. Conclusion The middle school students with different social characteristics have different characters for injury-risk behaviors. Life-skill education and self-training should be taken among them as early as possible.
