西藏地区7～18岁藏族学生体格发育状况调查

目的了解西藏地区藏族学生体格发育现状,为生长发育的相关研究提供参考依据。方法以2004年测量的7～18岁藏族学生2538人作为研究对象,对拉萨城市及那曲农村学生的身高、体重和胸围进行比较。结果男生身高、体重、胸围增长趋势均为城男比乡男提前,即乡男的快速发育时间落后于城男,但17～18岁时2者的身高、体重、胸围已无明显差别。身高快速发育时间城女比乡女提前2a,18岁时身高、体重城女高于乡女,胸围无明显差别。结论西藏藏族学生的身高、体重和胸围3项指标均随年龄的增长而上升。拉萨市和那曲农村学生的3项指标只在个别年龄存在差异,总体趋势差异不大。

An Investigation on Physical Growth Among Zang Nationality Students Aged 7-18

Objective To study the status of physical growth among students of Zang nationality,and to provide basis for the study of growth and development.Methods Using the data from 2 538 Tibetan students aged 7-18 in 2004,the differences were compared between the students of Lasa and Naqu in the body height,body weight and chest circumference.Results The height,weight and chest circumference increased in the urban boys earlier than in the rural boys,namely there were later(high-speed)growth in the rural boys than in the urban boys,but to 17-18 years old there were no significant difference between them.The high-speed increase of height in urban girls was two years earlier than in rural girls.At 18 years old,the levels of height and weight were higher in the urban boys than in the rural boys,and there were no significant difference on weight and chest circumference between them.Conclusion The level of height,weight and chest circumference increase with age among 7-18 year old students of Zang nationality in Tibet.There are differences on the three indices of the students between Lasa and Naqu.
