摘    要:目的探索大学生的学习适应性及其与人格特征、社会支持的关系,为有效提高大学生的学习适应性提供依据。方法使用大学生学习适应性调查表、人格特质问卷和社会支持问卷对723名大学生进行测量。结果大学生的学习适应状况一般;大学生的学习适应性与特质焦虑、控制点存在显著负相关,与一般自我效能感、社会支持存在显著正相关。结论一般自我效能感、年级、社会支持和专业对大学生的学习适应性具有显著的正向预测作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore college students' learning adaptability and the relationship between personality characteristics and social support, and to provide basis for efficiently improving college students' learning adaptability. Methods Questionnaires about learning adaptability, personality trait and social support were conducted to survey 723 college students. Results The level of college students' learning ability was moderate. Their learning adaptability had negative correlations to trait anxiety and locus of control, but positively correlated to general self-efficacy and social support. Conclusion General self-efficacy, grade, social support and specialty positively predict learning adaptability.
