军医大学生症状自评量表评定结果与分析

目的：为了解军医大学生的心理卫生状况。方法：应用症状自评量表（SCL-90），调查了军医大学军医专业一、三、五3个年级的学生583名，对数据进行了统计处理并与国内不同常模进行了比较。结果：军医大学生的总分、总均分、阳性项目数均高于国内成人常模，低于中国军人常模。结论：躯体化、敌对因子与地方医科大学生常模无显著差异，其余因子则显著低于医科大学生常模。五年级学生的总分、总均分、阳性项目数均低于一、三年级。女生的敌对因子分显著高于男生。影响军医大学生心理卫生状况的主要因子是：躯体化、恐怖和敌对。

Evaluation of Mental Health Status of Military Medical University Students with Symptom Check List 90

Mental health status was studied in 583 students of the first, third and fifth grades in a military medical university with Symptom Check List 90(SCL- 90) .The results showed that the total scores,the average value of the total scores and the number of positive sympton items for the students were significantly higher than thore for the Chinese adult norm, but lower than those for the armyman norm.Scores in other factors except somatixation and hostility were significantly lower for the students than those for the medical college student norm.The fifth grade students had less the total scores,the average value of the total scores and the number of positive symptom items than the first and third grade students.Score in hostility factor was significantly higher for efmales than males.Three major factors that were thought to influence their mental health status were somatization,photic anxiety and hostility.
