安徽省学生1985-2005年生理功能指标的动态分析

目的了解安徽省大、中、小学生1985—2005年生理功能指标动态变化规律，以便更好地采取措施促进城乡学生身体机能的发展。方法比较1985，1991，1995，2000，2005年安徽省城乡学生体质调研机能指标（脉搏、收缩压、舒张压、肺活量）曲线的变化规律。结果20a来，安徽省7～18岁学生脉搏明显升高，肺活量显著下降；18～22岁学生舒张压随年份递增而显著上升。结论安徽省学生机能指标除收缩压外，其余都有不同程度下降。学生应加强劳动和体育锻炼，促进机能指标的发育。

Longitudinal Analysis of Physiological Function Index in Students from 1985 to 2005 in AnHui Provice

Objective To describe the long trends of students' function index from 1985 to 2005 in Anhui Province,so that government could make corresponding policy to promote students' physiological function development.Methods Changing trends of function induces including pulse,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and vital capacity were analyzed and compared by use of the data from the National Physical and Health Surveillance of Chinese School Students in 1985,1991,1995,2000 and 2005.Results It was shown that from 1985 to 2005,pulse increased while vital capacity decreased in students aged 7-18 years old.The diastolic pressure in students aged 18-22 years old increased by years.Conclusion All the function indices decreased in students except systolic blood pressure during the past 20 years in Anhui Province.Therefore,it is necessary for the students to strengthen sports and physical training.
