北京市石景山区中学生伤害相关行为流行状况

目的 了解中学生伤害行为流行状况。方法 在北京市石景山区随机整群抽取3所学校初一到高二学生1650人，匿名自填问卷调查。结果 石景山区中学生中46.0%骑坐摩托车时不戴头盔，20.1%的学生有动手打架行为，15.9%的学生有自杀意念；男生违反交通规则，动手打架等行为的发生率高于女生；初三学生自杀相关行为的发生率高于其他年级。结论 中学生中存在多种容易导致伤害的行为，应尽早对中学生进行预防伤害健康教育，提高中学生自我保护意识。

The Prevalence of Injuries among Middle School Students in Shijingshan County, Beijing

Objective To study the prevalence of injuries among the high school students. Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 650 students drawn randomly from 3 middle schools in Shijingshan County, Beijing using a clustered sampling method.Results Among the surveyed students, 46.0% didn't wear helmets while riding motorcycles; 20.l% had fighting behaviors; 15.3% had suicide ideas. Fighting and violating traffic regulations were common among male students than among female students. The prevalence of suicide-related behaviors was the highest among students at the 3rd grade.Conclusions Higher prevalence of injury-related behaviors existed among Shijingshan middle school students. A health education program about injury prevention should be conducted among middle school students so as to breed their self-protective consciousness.
