| 摘 要： | 本文利用全国肿瘤死亡调查和部分市县居民头发中微量元素含量测定的资料，运用相关分析、主成分因子分析、逐步回归分析等方怯，对我国居民前十位恶性肿瘤死亡率的聚集性及其地区分布和相关因素进行了初步分析。结果表明：①我国居民恶性肿瘤的死亡具有明显的地区分布，而在地区分布中，各种恶性肿瘤死亡率具有一定程度的聚集性；②在对对应地区居民头发中19种微量元素含量的相关分析发现，各种恶性肿瘤均有其显著相关的微量元素；③恶性肿瘤死亡率水平与微量元素含量的回归模型显示，聚集在一起的恶性肿瘤大多有共同联系的微量元素。研究结果可作为进一步深入研究的线索。

| Abstract: | The authors used data from survey of mor-
tality of malignant tumors in China and test of
trace element from personal hair in 144 cities
and counties of China to analyze mortality pat-
tern of leading ten malignant tumors and related
factors by corelative analysis, principal compo-
nent factor analysis and stepwise regression ana-
lysit,. The result show:(1)The mortality of
malignant tumors existed space clustering obvi-
ously,(2)The spacial malignant tumor related
to some trace elements from personal hair sign-
ificantly, and(3)Those clustered malignant
tumors were realated together by some one of
trace element |
