| 摘 要： | 有众多的综合评价法可用于医院工作质量综台评价，但每一方法均各有利弊。TOPSIS法作为系统工程中有限方案多目标决策分析中的一种常用决策技术，用于医院工作质量的综合评价却是一次尝试。作者通过实例阐明了TOPSIS法在医院工作质量评价中的具体应用，并借助秩和比法的思想对方法做了进一步扩展，具有直观、简明、定量、准确等特点，认为TOPSIS法在医院工作质量的综合评价中有较大应用价值。

| Abstract: | Although a variety of methods have been
applied to the comprehensive evaluation of hos-
pital work quality (CEHWQ), no one is desira-
ble, TOPSIS, a technique commonly used in
system engineering, was for the first time app-
lied to the CEHWQ, and was extended using
the method of hank-sum ratio(RSR).By an
example, it is proved to be more directive, pre-
cise and practical in the CEHWQ. |
