| 摘 要： | 目的探讨我国城镇居民收入差距对医疗保健消费施加的影响。方法利用面板数据模型,对我国1992～2003年城镇居民收入差距与医疗保健消费的关系进行了实证研究。结果各收入阶层之间,随着收入阶层的升高,医疗保健消费的边际消费倾向递减。在同一收入阶层内部,城镇居民医疗保健消费边际消费倾向随着时间的推移均保持匀速增长,增长速度从低收入阶层到高收入阶层依次递减。结论城镇居民收入差距是影响医疗保健消费的重要因子。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo discover whether income is an important factor that contribute to medicine and medical services consumption.MethodsWe established a pool data model to discover the effects of urban income disparity in china on medicine and medical services consumption.ResultsThe model show that the people of higher income level and less share they want to pay for medicine and medical Services,and marginal medical services consumption increased regularly.ConclusionThe income is an important factor that contribute to medicine and medical services consumption. |
