医疗保险费用影响因素的路径分析

目的 研究影响医疗保险费用的关键因素及其传导路径,进而实现对医疗保险费用的有效控制.方法 按照系统抽样的方法从2008年天津市医疗保险结算中心医保数据库中提取10%参保人员医疗费用及医疗保险报销的相关信息,数据导入SPSS 17.0中,应用AMOS 17.0构建路径模型,并验证各因素之间的因果关系及关系大小.结果 住院天数、个人负担比例、医院类别、病种、药品费用、其他临床特征、患者社会经济特征均会对医疗保险费用产生影响.结论 医疗保险费用的控制是一个系统工程,需要政府、医疗保险机构、医疗机构、医药生产和流通企业等协同努力,采取综合性措施.
