| 摘 要： | 目的研究结构方程模型在中医证候规范标准研究中的应用。方法以西医的病为依托，以传统辨证结果为依据，对脑梗塞病等八个病种的现场调查资料采用结构方程模型方法研究。结果在区分各病种的证候、寻求各证候相应的主要指标，以及病和证候结合研究临床辨证等方面都得到较满意的结果。结论在中医的证候规范标准研究中应用结构方程模型方法是可行的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the application of structural equation model in standardization of syndrome differentiation.Methods Structural equation model has been used to analyze the standardization of syndrome differentiation for eight kinds of disease.Results The number of syndrome differentiation for each disease and of main indices for each syndrome can be detemined.The results of combining disease with clinical symptoms to study syndrome differentiation are satisfied.Conclusion It is feasibility of structural equation model analysis in the study of standardization of syndrome differentiation. |
