高中生生存质量评定量表的研制与考评

目的 研制高中生存质量评定量表。方法 采用现场调查筛选高中生生存质量评价体系，建立高中生生存质量量表（HSS－QOLS）。应用来自36个班的1876名城乡高中生进行测试。结果 研制出含有40个指标的生生存质量量表（HSS－QOLS），它包含3个维度：生理维工、心理维度、社会功能维度。根据指标所属范畴的不同，40个指标又分别构成了4个子量表：学校子量表、个人子量表、社会环境子量表、家庭子量表。HSS－QOLS的3个维度得分及4个子量表得分在本次调查的一类中学学生和三类中学学生中的比较结果，均出现统计学差异，P＜0．05。结论 HSS－QOLS具有较好的信度、效度、区分度，可作为定量评价高中生生存质量的工具。

The development and evaluation of a quality of life scale for high school students

Objective To develop a quality of life scale for high school students(HSS QOLS). Methods To form HSS QOLS, on the spot study was adopted to gain the indicators system to assess the quality of life of high school students, 1876 students of 36 classes in urban area and rural area took part in HSS QOLS assessment.Results The 40 item scale(HSS QOLS)was developed, which included three domains: physiological domain, psychological domain, social functions domain. At the same time, all the items were also classified into four kinds of fields: school life, private life, social environmental life, family life, which constituted four subscales: school subscale, individual subscale, social environmental subscale, family subscale. Statistical differences between first class school students and thirdclass school students in this study were found in the scores of HSS QOLS' three domains and four subscales, P<0.05.Conclusion HSS QOLS is a reliable,valid and sensitive instrument to assess the quality of life of high school students quantitatively.
