| 摘 要： | 目的探讨广义加性模型在医学研究领域中的应用。方法通过研究低出生体重与年龄、先兆流产、妊高症之间关系的实例分析说明模型的实际应用。结果该模型可以揭示出发病与年龄的复杂非线性关系。结论广义加性模型不需要对模型的线性假设,应用起来灵活性强,是探索变量间复杂关系的有力工具。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application of Generalized Additive Models in medical reserch .Methods It has been illustrated how to use Generalized Additive Models and sas program by an example that is about the risk factor of the pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.Results This model can uncover the non-linear relationship between disease and age.Conclusion It demands no assumption of linearity and is a powerful tool that can flexibly explores the non-linear relationship between independent variable and dependent variable. |
