目的 建立新型农村合作医疗综合评价指标体系.方法 应用层次分析法和改进的德尔菲法构建新型农村合作医疗综合评价指标体系,并确定评价指标权重.结果 专家平均年龄43岁,平均从事专业时间20年.该轮咨询的回收率为95%,权威程度平均值为0.7522,协调系数有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,权重系数依次为结构0.2500、过程0.2500、结果0.5000.结论 专家的代表性较强,积极性高,权威性、协调性较好,综合评价指标体系可用于评价新型农村合作医疗试点县.

Established the Comprehensive Evaluation Indicator System of the New-Type Rural Cooperative Medical System

Objective To set up the comprehensive evaluation indicator system of the new-type rural cooperative medical system.Methods Delphi method and Analytic hierarchy process method were used to set up the comprehensive evaluation indicator system of the new-type rural cooperative medical system,and the weight coefficient of evaluation indicators.were as certained.Results The mean of age was 43 and working time was 20 years.The back rate of the investigations was 95.The mean of authorities was 0.7522.The harmonious coefficients had statistical significance(P<0.05).The weight coefficients were as follow 0.2500 (structure),0.2500(process),0.5000(output).Conclusion The enthusiasm,authority and harmony of specialist are good.The comprehensive evaluation indicator system of the new-type rural cooperative medical system is able to evaluate counties of experiments.
