| 摘 要： | 目的 研究地理信息系统在麻疹疫情分析中的应用,为江苏省防治和消除麻疹策略的制定提供依据.方法 论文以江苏省麻疹历年发病资料为基础,分析江苏省麻疹病例的地区分布特点,对各省辖市以及流动人口中的历年麻疹发病情况、抗体阳性率进行分析和比较:采用地理信息系统分析江苏省麻疹流行的空间聚集性和相关性.结果 江苏省麻疹病例在各地区之间的分布不平衡,已由经济欠发达的苏北地区转向流动人口较多的苏南地区:不同地区之间麻疹抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义:若干年来,江苏省内各地麻疹病例数聚集性存在较大差异,对全省发病人数影响也各不相同.结论 地理信息系统技术为麻疹的流行病学研究及防治决策提供了新的手段,可以在分析疾病地理分布模式中发挥重要作用.
