已婚妇女生殖道感染患病情况及影响因素的研究

目的了解已婚妇女生殖道感染的患病情况及相关危险影响因素。方法对3067例22～60岁已婚妇女进行问卷调查、妇科检查和有关实验室检查，有关数据应用计算机SPSS／PC9.0软件进行统计分析。结果妇女人群生殖道感染的患病率为42.1％，其中，患一种生殖道感染的占82.5%，两种占15.9%，三种以上的占1.6％。经多因素logistic回归分析，年龄、职业、生殖道感染史、居住地、混用清洗外阴用具等因素为妇女生殖道感染患病的影响因素。结论妇女人群生殖道感染患病率较高，应引起有关人员及部门的重视。为降低妇女生殖道感染的患病率，应针对妇女生殖道感染患病影响因素进行有效的预防和干预。

The Study on Prevalence and Influencing Factors to Reproductive Tract Infections in Married Women

Objective　To investigate the prevalence of reproductive tract infections in married women and to analyze the influencing factors in reproductive tract infections.Methods　A total number of 3 067 married women aged 22～60 years old were investigated through questionnaire,gynecological examination and laboratory tests.Statistical analysis was performed usng SPSS/PC 9.0 statistical software.Results　The prevalence rate of reproductive tract infections in women's population was 42.1%.Among them,82.5% women suffered one disease of reproductive tract infection,15.9% women suffered two,and 1.6% women suffered three and above.Influencing factors to women's reproductive tract infections included age,occupational characteristics,history of reproductive tract infections,living region and mixed utensils for washing vulva.Conclusion　The prevalence rate of reproductive tract infections in married women was high,thus more attention should be paid by relevant people and departments.In order to lower the incidence of reproductive tract infections,preventive and intervening measurements should be conducted accordingly.
