基于因素评分法的医院医师岗位评价研究

摘    要:通过调研,充分了解新疆某三级甲等医院人力资源管理的实际状况和人力资源管理存在的关键问题和薄弱环节。应用现代岗位评价方法对医院医师岗位进行评价,形成医院医师岗位评价体系,为优化医院人力资源配置、薪酬和绩效管理,形成医院内部良性竞争机制提供科学依据。

Abstract:Through research,the key problems and weaknesses of hospital human resource management situation and human resource management in a 3A hospital in Xinjiang were fully understood.Meanwhile,modern job evaluation method was used to evaluate hospital physician job.In order to optimize hospital resource allocation,salary and performance management,scientific reference was provided to form hospital internal good competition system.
