| Abstract: | Appropriate financing structures in hospital services are needed in which to fit the health professionals and kinds of health services in demand so that hospitals make greater contributions through: close the gaps between what can be done and what is being done; develop techniques, skills, expertise in ways that permit translation of medical Sci - Tech advances into forms usable by those who serve at various levels of health care; improve access to and assure high - quality care, depending on concurrence of coordinated reform measures; purchase, maintain, renew and develop sets of equipments, devices, drugs, medical supplies that are needed; utilize available medical personnel and other resources most capable of the management of medical cases; carry out comprehensive, comparative studies of medical methods to facilitate cost - effective, efficient, sustainable hospital services. |
