| 摘 要： | 构建和谐医院对医院的发展至关重要。提出了和谐就是生产力的新观念，指出了和谐是医院发展的内在要求，分析了形势发展要求医院实现和谐，营造和谐需要内外环境一起抓，并结合具体管理实践对院长如何构建和谐医院，以及需要把握的几个层面和具体的应对策略进行了详细阐述。

| Abstract: | It is critical to construct a harmonious hospital for "harmony is productivity"and "harmony is the internal demand for development"are put forward,by analysis of the current conditions,we can draw a condusion that the agreement of inside and outside environments is essential to realize the harmony additionally,associated with administrative practice,there are definitely illuminations about how to construct a harmonious hospital,several dimensions needed to grasp and the concrete strategy. |
