| 摘 要： | 医疗救助资金使用的好坏直接影响到医疗救助运行的效果。在总结现有医疗救助资金测算方法的基础上，按照“量入为出”的资金管理原则，研究并制定了住院救助比例的测算方法。该方法适用于单独运行的医疗救助形式，也适用于医疗救助与其他医疗保险衔接的形式，为进一步完善城乡医疗救助制度，使有限的资金发挥最大的效用提供了有益借鉴。

| Abstract: | The use of medical assistance funds has a direct impact on the effectiveness of medical assistance operalion. To research and develop a new calculation method of inpatient assistance reimbursement proportion based on the existing calculation methods of the medical assistance, in accordance with the fund management principle of ＂to make both ends meet＂. The method is not only suitable to the separate operation mode of medical assistance, but also to those of which the medical assistance joints with other medical insurances. It provides a good reference to further improve the urban and rural medical assistance system, and make best use of the limited fund. |
