医院核心人力资源医疗绩效考核之个人考核

摘    要:介绍核心人力资源医疗绩效考核中的个人绩效考核指标体系及其权重以及各指标的具体内涵及计算方法,并且引入了管床系数、手术系数、手术权重和标准手术量等概念。最后,采用区分度对2010年某内科的个人绩效结果进行了检验,结果显示该科室2010年度个人绩效值的区分度很高。

Abstract:The indicator system and the weight of the core medical human resources evaluation, as well as the specific content and calculation method of the indicators are described, and the following concepts are introduced, such as surgical factors, surgical weight and standard surgical quantity. Finally, the individual performance results of an internal medical department in 2010 revealed the high distinction degree.
