| 摘 要： | 当前随着新型农村合作医疗制度的不断推广,筹资难成为一个突出的问题,以卫生服务供方为主体进行合作医疗个人筹资是一个值得探讨的形式.讨论和分析了服务供方进行合作医疗个人筹资的可行性、筹资活动的基本思路,并提出了这种方式赖以生存的一个重要基础是乡村卫生机构的服务能力.

| Abstract: | With the continuously spreading of NCMS, the difficulty in financing becomes a prominent problem.It will be very beneficial to use the health service provider as the principal part in the financing of NCMS.We discuss and analyze the feasibility of the health service provider getting the individual financing of NCMS, and the main process of the individual financing. The authors also put forward that one of the important foundation for this mode is the service ability of the health organizations in the country. |
