| 摘 要： | 在建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制的新时期,医疗服务作为一种特殊商品进入了以竞争为主的市场,在新旧体制交换时期,以及新体制没有完全形成之前,加强各行各业职业道德建设尤为重要。广西玉林地区人民医院,抓职业道德建设做到:院领导亲自抓与健全组织机构相结合;抓经常性教育与重点治理整顿相结合;抓缺陷管理与重视制度规范化相结合;抓医院文化建设与典型人物事迹教育相结合。

| Abstract: | The authors emphasize the need for all trades and professions to adhere to professional ethics when socialist market economy system is being set up but is not as yet fully formed; and describe their hospital's efforts in carrying out regular education about professional ethics overcoming undesirable practices,and praising model workers and exemplary deeds. |
