| 摘 要： | 目的通过历史流量数据及流量监测系统，对医院门诊流量情况进行分析，为门诊人力资源合理分配提供依据。方法应用时间序列数据季节指数分析法对医院历史门诊流量数据按月份、星期和每日不同时间段流量进行分析，并对流量监测系统的历史数据进行统计分析。结果门诊流量3月、5月、7月、11月、12月份较大，1月、2月较少；一周中周一至周三流量较大，周四、周五流量较少：一天中08：00—10：00流量较大，呈明显就诊高峰，14：00—16：00为就诊低峰。结论医院门诊流量在一年的不同月份、每周的不同天次、每日的不同时间段都有不同的变化规律。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze hospital outpatient flow monitoring system to provide the reference for a rational al- location of human resources in clinic through the historical data and flow monitoring system. Method Using time se- ries data of seasonal index to analyze hospital outpatient flow by months, weekdays and hours. Result The hospital get more outpatient flow in March, May, July, November and December, get less outpatient flow in January and February, get more outpatient flow on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, get less outpatient flow on Thursday and Friday, get more outpatient flow from 08：00 to 10： 00, and get less outpatient flow from 14：00 to 16： 00. Con- clusion Hospital outpatient flow has different variation in months, weekdays and hours. |
