摘 要: | 目的 分析首都医科大学临床学科建设成效与存在问题,指导今后临床学科建设与发展,为其他单位加强学科建设提供参考.方法 采取专家咨询和文献参考等方式,制定临床学科考核评价指标体系和方法,组织专家对33个临床学科的建设和发展情况进行了考核评估,采用t检验和K-Means聚类分析等方法对重点和非重点学科进行了统计.结果 国家重点学科的建设成效总体好于非国家重点学科,发现和确认了部分有发展潜力的非国家重点学科.结论 要重视对临床学科建设情况的考核分析,充分发挥国家重点学科的引领和带动作用,加强学术团队建设.

Abstract: | Objective To analyze the achievements and issues of clinical disciplines development in Capital Medical University and to discuss further development strategies for clinical disciplines to provide references for other universities and units. Methods Expert panel and literature review methods were employed to establish the evaluation indicators system. The assessment was performed on the clinical disciplines by experts, t-test and K-Means statistical techniques were used for comparing the differences among the state-key disciplines and the other groups. Results The overall development situation of state-key disciplines was better than non-key disciplines. The disciplines with strong potentials were identified for further development. Conclusion Emphasis should be paid to the monitoring and evaluation activities of clinical disciplines development. The role of the state-key disciplines should be fully tapped to lead the development, and team-buildingbe given higher priorities. |
