| 摘 要： | 通过对上海市22家医院电子病历应用情况进行的调查,发现目前上海市目前电子病历已经进入到实际应用阶段,但应用层次仍然较低。主要原因是缺少法律和政策支持、电子病历法律地位尚不明确和安全管理不到位。汇总了医疗人员对电了病历应用的优缺点的认识,并对电子病历的推广应用提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Based on 22 hospitals investigation of application of electronic medical records in Shanghai,the paper founds that Shanghai has entered the application stage of electronic medical records at present,but the application level is still low. The main reasons are the lack of legal and policy support,the legal status of electronic medical records is not clear,and there are some problems of safety management. The article summarizes the strengths and weaknesses of electronic medical records based on the medical staff survey,and suggests advice for promoting the use of electronic medical records. |
