| 摘 要： | 在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下,北京大学肿瘤医院乳腺中心探索建立了个性化的科室新冠肺炎疫情防控体系,依托信息化管理平台和现有资源进行疫情防控策略的顶层设计和工作调整,通过提高集体防控意识、加强防护技术培训、患者精准分类处理和个性化防控管理等对策,初步验证了疫情防控体系的有效性,培养了科室疫情防控骨干,提高了科室成员集体防控意识和个人防护技术水平,充分换位思考保障患者需求提高了患者满意度,取得了较好的实际效果。

| Abstract: | Under the background of COVID-19 epidemic situation,the Breast Center of Peking University Cancer Hospital has explored the establishment of a personalized department epidemic prevention and control system for COVID-19.Through relying on the information management platform and available resources to carry out top-level design and work adjustment of prevention and control strategies,and the measures of enhancing collective prevention and control awareness,strengthening individual protection technology training,precise classification treatment of patients and personalized prevention and control management,the preliminary verification of the effectiveness of the prevention and control system for COVID-19 has been made,the cultivation of the backbone of epidemic prevention and control in the department,the improvement of collective prevention and control awareness and individual protection technology level,and the improvement of patients’satisfaction though full transposition thinking are achieved. |
