医院学科首席医师制及其分配形式的探索

摘    要:目的:促进优势学科的发展,探讨技术要素参与分配的机制.方法:实行了首席医师制管理体制,体现技术与管理的有效结合,深化学科首席专家地位及分配形式改革,在管理方面引入分配激励机制.结果:有利于建立起医院内部高效的竞争、激励和约束机制,有助于实践技术与管理有效结合,有利于促进医院学科的持续、健康、稳定发展.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE In order to sufficiently motivate and bring into full play the specialty and positive of chief specialist and promote the development of superior subject,we referred to modern enterprise administration system to the new mechanism of technology participating in the allocation.Methods the practice of chief doctor administration system expresses the effective combination of the technique and management;deepen the status of chief specialist and reform allotment form.Because of the new allotment system into administration,the new situation bring forth new ideas in technology and professional work and social,economic profit to clearly increase.Results practice to express,the emphasis department as experimental unit implement the new patter of chief specialist target system ,which benefit to set up the competitive,invigorative and restrictive patter in hospital and promote the continuous,healthy and stable development of hospital.
