部分省市医生满意度调查

为了解国内不同执业状况医生的满意度水平，调查了广东、山西、四川3个省的656位医生，同时组织了12次小组访谈，涉及的医生来自农村和城市的国有医疗机构和民营医疗机构。结果发现3个省的医生满意度水平，不论是在农村还是城市，国有医疗机构还是民营医疗机构都很低。仅有少数医生对其目前的工作(27％)、收入(8％)和技术水平(30％)感到满意。国有医疗机构工作的医生(81％)比民营医疗机构的医生(69％)更感到他们工作所得的报酬过低。大多数医生对他们能享有的继续医学教育的机会过少(82％)和能享有的与其他医生交流的机会过少（71％)感到不满意。仅有60％的医生对其与患者之间的关系表示满意。53％的医生认为如果可以选择，宁愿在民营医疗机构工作。仅有32%的医生评价目前的医疗服务体系“好”或“很好”。调查中发现最突出的问题是非法行医、虚假广告和假药对医疗服务市场造成的不良影响未得到有效控制。患者支付能力被医生们列为目前医疗服务体系中最重要的问题，超出了医疗可及性和医疗质量。绝大多数医生认为不论是国有医院还是民营医院都需要更多的规范和调整。

Investigation on satisfactory degree of doctors in parts of cities

To understand doctors'satisfactory degree of different vocational status,we investigated 656 doctors in Guangdong,Shanxi and Sichuan Province,meanwhile,organized 12 groups discussion.These doctors came from state medical establishment and non state medical establishment in urban and rural areas.The finding shows doctors'satisfactory degree is very low from all areas of 3 provinces,only 27 percent of doctors are satisfactory with their present jobs,8 percent of them are pleased with their incomes and 30 percent of them are satisfactory with their technical level.The doctors(account for 81%)in state medical establishment think their incomes are lower than those (account for 69%)in non-state medical establishment.Most of doctors are dissatisfactory with less chance of continuing education(account for 82%)and communication(account for 71%).Nearly 60 percent doctors are dissatisfactory with the relation of staff-patient.If doctors had chosen their jobs,53 percent of them would like to work in non-state medical establishment.Only 32 percent doctors approve present medical service system.The most outstanding finding is that bad influence of illegal medicine,exaggerated ad and bogus drug in medical market have not been effectively controlled yet.The payment ability of patient are regarded as the most important question of present medical service system by doctors and it exceeds accessibility of medical service and medical quality.The majority doctors consider whether state medical establishment or non-state medical establishment need more norm and adjustment.
