| 摘 要： | 党的十八届三中全会明确提出鼓励社会办医。通过文献回顾,概述了我国社会资本办医的历史和相关政策,并结合现况提出了当前社会资本办医遇到的困惑,为进一步研究社会资本办医的发展路径提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | The Third Plenary Session of the 18th Communist Party of China Central Committee proposed that social sectors should be encouraged.With the history and policies of the private medical institutions in China closely studied,the article pointed out the bewilderment of the private medical institutions in their funding and operating,which may help the policy-making in the further development of such institutions. |
