重视模拟演练内涵健全医院应急机制

目的通过分析我院实施模拟演练的质量考核,探讨演练的内涵,为健全医院的应急机制提供借鉴。方法采用积分分值、标准化率差别的统计意义检验、等级相关检验等方法,对各种模拟演练的成效与存在的问题进行分析。结果将无菌技术操作,消毒与防控、危重病急救等模拟演练综合实施,制定预案和流程,较单项演练更易暴露医疗缺陷(P<0.01);医务人员参与演练项目的频次与错误检出率呈负相关。结论重视模拟演练的内涵,有助于对防前的急救、防控措施进行科学的预测和评估,提高医务人员急救水平,健全医院的应急机制。

Attention to Connotations Simulation Drill Sound Hospital Emergency Mechanism

Objective By analyzing the quality test of adopting the simulated drill in our hospital the paper aims to discuss the connotation of doing so as to provide references for the sound hospital emergency mechanisms. Methods Integral scores,standardization rate and the difference tetween statistical significance test,rank correlation test were conducted to find out about successes and problems. Results Aseptic technique will be,disinfection and prevention and control measures,critical care,and other single integrated simulation drill was integrated,implementation,formulate preparediness and procedure training more than individual medical deficiencies exposed (P<0.01). Medical personnel participating in the exercise and the frequency of error detection rate was negatively correlated. Conclusion Attention to the connotations of simulation drill,contribute to the current emergency,the prevention and control measures for scientific prediction and assessment,raising the level of emergency medical personnel,sound hospital emergency mechanisms.
