Social governance is the new public administration model advocated on the premise of basic and clear relation orientation of government,market,society and citizens,which is based on the analysis and judgment of power structure in the public administration process.Because of its direction and superiority to the expression of public interest and responsibility and the resolution of acute social contradictions,social governance has been promoted and applied widely.The paper attempts to give a thinking proposal to discuss and develop social governance utility and appropriate approaches in health care through summarizing the progress and connotation of domestic and abroad social governance theory,and the analysis of social governance＇ s effective measures and practical exploration in health care fields.
