| Abstract: | In connection with the concern of scientific community and administrative departments with regard to the question of how to appraise the level and value of academic thesis, the article describes how to use an Access methodology to build up the structure and function of academic theses appraisal system so as to quantify appraisal criteria and targets in a way that is at the same time rigorous, easy to use, advantageous, effective, reliable. |
