| 摘 要： | 在进一步加强公立医院党的建设背景下,坚持公益性是新时代对于公立医院党建和发展的新要求,对于明确公立医院改革发展方向、医院及学科理清发展思路、构建和谐的医患关系有重要的推动作用。基于加强公立医院党的建设视角,结合实际探析了公立医院构建公益性评价体系这一创新举措的具体思路。

| Abstract: | Under the background of strengthening the party’s construction in public hospitals,persisting in public welfare is a new requirement in the new era,which plays an important role in clarifying the reform and development direction,reviewing the development ideas and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. Based on the perspective of strengthening the construction of the party,the paper discusses and analyzes the innovative ideas of constructing the public welfare evaluation system in public hospitals. |
