综合医院虚拟科研团队I—P—O之间的关系模型研究

虚拟科研团队是一种主要依靠网络和信息技术进行相互协作的新型科研协作模式。研究以虚拟科研团队的“输入-过程-输出（I—P-O）”为探讨对象，在前期研究得出的变量模型基础上，就各变量之间相互影响的显著性和重要性的相关关系设计问卷．对综合医院100名科研工作者实施问卷调查．并根据反馈结果对前期I-P-O模型中的7个变量之间的关系进一步分析，得出各变量间相关关系综合模型，为医院虚拟科研团队项目的发展、管理和评估探索新的管理工具。

Study on the I-P-O relationship model of virtual scientific research team in general hospital

Virtual scientific research team is a novel scientific research cooperation mode primarily based on the Internet and information technology, In the present study, the input-process-output （I-P-O）＂ of virtual scientific research team was discussed, and a questionnaire was designed based on a previously established model according to the significance of interactions between variables. Then, the questionnaire was administered to 100 scientific researchers from a general hospital, and the relationships between the 7 variables of the I-P-O model were further analyzed accord- ing to the researchers＇ feedback. The purpose of the study was to obtain a comprehensive model reflecting the relation- ships between these variables, so as to provide a new tool for program development, management and evaluation for virtual scientific research team of the hospital.
