河北省高等医学院校教学医院评审结果分析

摘    要:采用临床教学评估综合分析方法对全省55所高等医学院校教学医院(接受专科层次学生),进行临床教学的教学管理,教学质量等情况研究。研究结果显示:全省高等医学院校绝大多数的临床教学医院的带教质量能够得到保障,教学管理规范,医院领导对教学工作重视,带教教师认真负责,教学投入不断加大,教学条件能不断完善和优化,学生的学习环境优良,基本能达到生产实习的要求。但在评估中也发现部分教学医院带有共性的一些薄弱环节和问题,主要表现在带教教师整体学历层次,能级层次偏低,高级职称带教教师不足,教学设备陈旧,缺乏,教学手段落后,带教效果不高,教学管理欠规范,学生的临床技能操作动手机会少。这是今后高等医学院校临床教学医院提高教学质量亟待解决的主要问题。

An Analysis on thd Results of Teaching Hospital Evaluation in Medical College in Hebei Province
Abstract:By applying with comprehensive analytical method to evaluate the clinical teaching in the 55 teaching hospitals in medical colleges in Hebei Province,we have checked the clinical teaching work of those medical colleges in the areas of teaching management as well as teaching quality.The results show:the quality of clinical teaching in the majority of those medical colleges has been guaranteed,the teaching management procedure is standardizde,hospital presidents have attached high importance to this work,lecturers are very responsible,and the inputs in clinical teaching are increasing,teaching facilities are kept on improving,students are stduying in a fairly good environment,the interm practice can generally reach the relevant requirements,but we also found out some common problems and weak points,the overall schooling,professional skills of the teaching staffs are generally low,those senior professionals' teaching work are low,teaching equipment are out-of-date,insufficient and backward,teaching management needs to be further standardized,the opportunities for students to practice clinical skills is scare,those issues should be urgently addressed in order improve teaching quality of clinical hospitals of medical colleges.
