| 摘 要： | 目前,在我国的医疗服务体系中,95%以上的医疗机构为公立医院,公立医院是当前我国医疗服务机构的主体。根据《中共中央国务院关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》、《关于公立医院改革试点的指导意见》,结合《2009中国卫生统计年鉴》中的相关数据分析,对影响我国公立医院公益性回归的财政补偿机制和资源配置进行综合分析和探讨。
