我国综合性医院医疗质量评价指标的系统评价

目的对我国现有的关于综合性医院医疗质量评价的文献进行系统评价，对评价指标的使用情况进行描述性研究．以期为综合医院医疗质量评价指标体系的构建提供借鉴。方法按照系统评价的要求，在中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）中检索近10年的文献．对符合纳入标准的文献进行分析。结果纳入研究的119篇文献共引用指标166项，其中总引用频次≥20次的指标有15项：基础质量指标、环节质量指标和经济效益指标比重较低。结论应建立一套既科学、规范，又操作性强的医疗质量评价指标体系．以使医疗质量评价工作统一、规范。

Systematic review of the medical quality evaluation index in general hospital in China

Objective Systematically evaluated the existing literatures about medical quality evaluation in general hospital in China, described the using status of evaluation index, in hope to offer valuable references to construction of the index system for medical quality evaluation in general hospital in China. Methods According to the requirements of systematic review, we retrieved all the literatures published in the past decade among CNKI and analyzed all the literatures accorded with the inclusive criteria. Results There were 166 indexes appeared in the 119 eligible literatures, in which there were 15 indexes appeared more than 20 times. The proportion of link quality index and economic benefit index was low. Conclusion A scientific, normative and operational medical quality evaluation index system should be established.
