影响护士执业资格考试成绩的相关因素分析

用多因素逐步回归的方法分析了影响护士执业考试成绩的因素，结果进入回归模型依次为：在校英语成绩、考前复习努力程度、考前参加自学考试情况=在校基础护理学成绩、工作所在医院等级、入校时英语成绩、入校时生物成绩、实习所在医院等级，提示我们必须从入校考试、学校教育、临床实习、继续教育等方面抓好护理教育，以提高护理队伍的整体素质。

Analysis on Relative Factors Affecting the Scores of Examination for Nurse's License

The factors affecting the scores of examination for nurse' s license were analyzed by multiple linear stepwise regression. The factors that play major role are arranged in the following order: the scores of English in the school, the degree of effort making before the examination, whether or not attending teach - yourself examination, the scores of basic nursing science in the school, the grade or the attending hospital before the examination, the scores of English and Biology of the entrance examination, the grade of the practising hospital. The above results suggest that we must manage nursing education with emphasis on the entrance examination, school education, clinical practice, continuing education, etc.
