| 摘 要： | 近年来．社会上与学术界对改革开放以来我国医疗卫生工作多有批评，对其成就则很少肯定。这种思想倾向不利于我国正在进行的医药卫生体制改革。改革开放30年来。我国卫生改革与发展过程中出现的问题很多，但取得的成就是主要的。抗击非典和抗震救灾医疗卫生工作是对这些成就的特殊检验。全面正确评价改革开放以来卫生改革与发展的成就、经验与问题，对于稳步推进我国医疗卫生体制改革具有重大的现实意义。

| Abstract: | There has been more criticism and less affirmation on health development since the reform and openingup in social and academic circles. This ideological trond is harmful to ongoing health system reform of our country. Though many problems have occurred, great achievements have been made in health development in recent 30 years, specially proved effective＇in the anti-SARS epidemic and anti-earthquake struggle. Comprehensively and correctly evaluating health development is of great significance to the steady progress of health reform in our country. |
