| Abstract: | The excellent middle and young - age intellectuals of medicine in the army are the key to realize the modernization construction of our army. In this article, all kinds of essential diathesis and abilities that the middle and young - age intellectuals of medicine must possess have been proposed. And the author also elucidated the importance of fair competition in the mechanism of cultivation and selection as well as the problem of orientation that must be paid attention to in the process of cultivation. |
