| Abstract: | On making optimal use of real - time specialty consultations through TV screens thousands of Km apart, discussions are made about: improvement and expansion of the network system; nurturing of new growth points of development; raising of the operational efficiency; organization of coordinative set of supportive service measures; and predictable theoretical and practical developments of design, engineering, construction, and clinical utilization, made possible by constant improvement of long - distance transmission typified by satellite communications systems. |
