| Abstract: | Major motive forces of the development and modernization of hospital departments are researched: inspiring and encouraging effects of targets management; promotion of cooperation spirit and team work to maximize the resultant and benefits of endeavours; optimum organization of human and material resources, stressing the need for utilizing previously untapped potentialities; introduction of competition mechanism so as to enable qualified personnel to be free from the effects of the old notions and practice of following seniority; expansion of academic exchange to increase information values in departmental construction and services. |
