| 摘 要： | 以十五大精神和邓小平关于领导体制改革的思想理论为指导,根据全国卫生工作会议提出的医院实行并完善院长负责制的要求,联系本院由党委领导下院长负责制转变为院长负责制的实际情况,从理论与实践的结合上对如何进一步完善有中国特色的社会主义现代医院的领导体制进行新的探讨。

| Abstract: | Under the guidance of the spirit of the 15th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party and Deng Xiaoping Thought and Theory on the reform of system of leadership, and according to the requirements proposed at the Working Conference of Public Health of China in the implementation and perfection of hospital director responsibility system and in the light of our hospital' s actual conditions in transformation of director responsibility system under the leadership of the Party into director responsibility system, a preliminary study has been conducted on how to perfect a system of leadership in a contemporary hospital of socialism with Chinese characteristics on the basis of integration of theory with practice. |
