摘    要:从年薪制实施的优势、年薪制针对的对象、年薪制的考核办法、年薪制的报酬数量和年薪制实施后可能产生的影响,探讨年薪制在国有医院中实现的可能性,并对年薪制实施后所需要的一些配套措施提出了可行性的想法.

Abstract:Recently some stated-hospital adopt annual salary system. By probing into the key elements ot annual salary system such as its advantages, payees,evaluation approach and its possible influences, this thesis studies the feasibility of adapting annual salary system in hospital and the related assisting measures so as to find a compensation system that is suitable to current operating condiftion of China's hospitals and can promote the development of state-owned hospital.
