摘    要:医疗市场竞争不断加剧,医院出现了内部员工的工作热情度下降,医务人员的服务意识淡薄,医院出现高层次人才流失现象,同时患者对医院的服务不满意有逐年增多的趋势。该研究旨在结合医院的人员绩效考核体系中存在的问题,找到医院员工工作热情不降的根本原因,并通过建立激发员工工作热情度为目标的医院人员考核体系,使医院的人才战略得以实现,最后将为医院建立一套新的能够激发医院员工工作热情的人员考核体系,提升医院的竞争力。

Abstract:The severe competition in medical market has caused decline of employees' enthusiasm lack of service consciousness,brain drain of high-level talents,and the growing patients' complaints against services in hospital.This consultation aims,at finding the fundamental causes of the decline of employees' enthusiasm by analyzing the fault in hospital performance and efficiency check-up system,and establishing standard employees' check-up system to arouse their enthusiasm of work to realize hospital talent strategies,improving the competition of hospital.
