| 摘 要： | 在分析抗逆转录病毒治疗（ART）项目进展中有关抗逆转录病毒药物方面存在问题的基础上，研究了促进抗逆转录病毒药物使用的策略，包括：WHO提供政策指导和国家支持以协助和改进抗逆转录病毒基本药物的获取、规范ART药物治疗方案、加强临床和实验室监测、发挥各方力量、提高患者对ART的依从性等。最后介绍了第二届国际促进用药大会关于促进抗逆转录病毒药物使用的关键研究建议。

| Abstract: | The paper probed into the international strategies for improving the use of antiretroviralmedicines on the basis of analyzing existing problems with the treatment of antiretroviralmedicines,those strategies including:WHO provided policy guidance and national support inassisting and improving the obtainment of the basic antiretroviral medicines,standardizingantiretroviral treatment protocol,strengthening monitoring on its clinical application andexperiment, and trying all out to promote patients'compliance to ART. At last,the paperintroduced pivotal study proposals of improving use of antiretroviral medicines at the SecondInternational Conference on Improving Use of Medicines,ICIUM2004. |
