公立医疗机构管理体制改革:策略和障碍

摘    要:简要介绍我国公立医疗机构管理体制改革的意义、战略定位和现存障碍,并在此基础上,推荐了"由政府继续举办医院"、"现有公立医院中需要转制医院"以及"一部分新进入的民办民营医院"三类医院的主要改革策略和步骤.其关键结论均经过医院管理者和卫生行政部门领导的意向论证.

Abstract:This paper presents briefly 8 significances,15 potential obstacles a nd objectives of the managerial system reforms in Chinese public hospitals.Main reform strategies and procedure for different style hospitals were recommended.A ll the key conclusions were demonstrated by intention surveys of hospital manage rs and health officials.
