| 摘 要： | 金属粉尘产生于金属冶炼、研磨及金属矿产开采等过程中,其中有20多种可造成职业危害,尤其是对肺组织造成损害,引起金属粉尘沉着病。本文通过对锡、铁、锑、钡等金属粉尘致病机制、病理学改变、临床表现、鉴别诊断、治疗和预后的综述,为金属粉尘沉着症的诊断标准提供依据。

| Abstract: | Metal dusts are produced in processe of metal production such as smelting, grinding, mining, etc, around 20 inds of dusts may induce occupational injuries, especially induce pulmonary thesaurosis of metal dusts.In this paper, the pathogenesis, pathology, clinical manifestation, differential diagnosis of thepulmonary the saurosis by iron, tin, antimony and haritum dusts were hriefly summarized,meanwhile, their assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of these diseases were discussed as well |
