| 摘 要： | 近年来,百草枯中毒病例逐渐增加。百草枯对人畜均有很强的毒性,急性中毒病死率高。目前对百草枯中毒的发病机制仍不完全清楚,尚缺乏有效的治疗手段。本文拟对国内外百草枯中毒的致病机制及救治做一简要综述。

| Abstract: | Paraquat is one of the most widely used organic heterocyclic herbicide, has highly toxicity both to human and animal, the mortality rate of acute intoxication in humans is extremely high especially at taking by oral. Few patients have been successfully saved, especially those with moderate or severe paraquat poisoned. The pathogenesis of paraquat intoxication has been not clear yet, and there is still no effective treatment also. This paper will give a brief review on the pathogenesis and treatment . |
